Cream of Cauliflower Soup
This is fast and taste great
- 1 quart of milk
- 1 small head of cauliflower
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 1/4 cup of flour
- 1 tsp. of cayenne pepper
Bring all ingredients to a boil and simmer until cauliflower is tender. Mash soup with a potato masher a few times, but don't over do.
